- 6–8 strawberries, cut in half
- 4–5 cranberries, cut in half
- 4–5 fresh mint sprigs
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
Using a blender, blend together the strawberries, cranberries, mint and shredded coconut. Pause and add coconut milk, chia seeds along with raw honey and blend again for couple of minutes.
Pour some raw honey at the bottom of a serving glass and pour the prepared smoothie. Garnish with some fresh chopped strawberries and serve chilled.
